High Point is the largest trade show dedicated to residential home furnishings. There are over 80,000 manufacturers and buyers that attend from around the world. This is where trends are created.

Gold

Gold is making a strong comeback in the lighting and furnishing categories. Rose gold has been trending in Europe and has made it’s debut at this market.

Black and Grey

Black and Gray toned wood has been emerging as well. You will find it on bedroom furniture, dining tables, bookcases and more.

Rocking and Woven

Rocking chairs are being introduced in both the commercial and residential arenas. Woven chairs with accent pillows offer a textural relief for a room. Tufting was everywhere. Usually associated with traditional pieces, this is now found on modern ones too.

Organic

Ever popular is the organic elements. Ombre fur & feather pillows, three dimensional tables and highly textural consoles lead the pack.

Gems

New this market was gem stone lamps and chandeliers. Crystals and precious stones have been integrated into table lamps.
